Our beers are brewed at our brewery at Kangaroo Point in Brisbane and delivered fresh to your door. How good!
When will my order be sent?
Orders will be dispatched 1 – 2 business days from order being placed. Local orders will be delivered within 1 -2 business days. Deliveries outside of local catchment will be delivered via Sendle and usually delivered within 2 – 3 days.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is calculated based on order weight and delivery location. We’re excited to offer $5 flat rate local shipping within a 15km radius from our brewery, plus FREE local delivery on orders over $100. Please refer to suburbs listed below.
How do I track my order?
Tracking details will be emailed straight to you from Sendle. For local deliveries, you can check on your order by calling 0480 178 695 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Do you ship interstate/international?
We currently ship within Australia. No international deliveries at this time, sorry.
Is there anywhere you can’t deliver?
Deliveries cannot be made to PO Boxes.

Is there a limit on how much beer I can order?
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer, or refuse the sale of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction if applicable. This may be exercised on a case-by-case basis.
Do I need to be home to accept my delivery?
Yes as proof of age will be required to take receipt of the order. For those self-isolating please let us know via the 'Special Notes for Seller' section of the order process.
Do you offer exchanges?
Exchanges will be offered on merchandise where possible, for example for incorrect size or style if the item is unworn and undamaged.
What if some of my order is no longer in stock?
We’re usually very well stocked, however in the instance that a product is not available, our team will be in contact to discuss alternatives.
My delivery was damaged – what do I do?
If your order is damaged or faulty, please contact us by calling 0480 178 695 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible so we can resolve for you.
