Carrying on with neglected OG beer styles that suit a winter in Brisbane, we’ve brewed a traditional English-style Brown Ale. Driven by malt and yeast character, a moderate malt sweetness that’s almost toffee-like, carries a dominant nutty and biscuity character well. While it may sound and look robust, this light bodied beer goes down well with a savoury touch.
